At Mooresby Associates we’re dedicated to enhancing the skills of recruiters and delivering a
measurable increase in revenue for our clients’ businesses.

We pride ourselves on offering a highly personalised service. Before a course we contact each
trainee individually to find out what they’re hoping to get out of it and to get an initial understanding of their personalities. Then, two weeks after the course, we follow up with each candidate to discuss how they’ve implemented the material and to help troubleshoot any issues they may have had putting their learning into action.

To back this up we’ll shortly be launching an online forum and knowledge base called Ask Mooresby. It will enable trainees to keep in touch, share their experiences and get answers to tricky questions.

We’re based in Reading but work with clients across the Thames Valley as well as London and Bristol.

In addition to our renowned training services, we also provide bespoke recruitment technology and process consulting, enabling recruitment professionals to better advise their clients about improved candidate management and future talent retention. We will also undertake functionality and performance reviews of in-house recruitment technology platforms, and recommend enhancements. We can provide this service on a UK-wide basis, and offer a free diagnostic session upon request.

Our Director

Mooresby Associates is headed up by REC Fellow Lloyd Moore.

He’s spent more than 20 years in the recruitment business, working his way up from consultant
to director. Whatever challenges clients throw at him he has the experience to come up with a
workable solution.

Lloyd was a founder member and director of the contract services arm of one of Europe’s largest
and most successful IT recruitment businesses. He has personally trained, coached and
developed countless high performers over the years.
